On Monday 9/11, at 2pm, the San Diego City Council will be discussing staff recommendations for the regulation of cannabis manufacturing, cultivation and testing. The staff has failed San Diego patients by not recommending regulations for delivery services.

Additional to the staff recommendations, council member Chris Cate has drafted recommendations for regulations, also excluding delivery from his recommendations.

We must attend and advocate for regulations that make sense, create a supply chain for the permitted co-ops and serve the needs of homebound patients.

IMPORTANT: According to the notice for the meeting, public comment will be limited to 15 minutes for each side! Email your comments to the city council at to include your thoughts in the public record. Spread the word! - A.J Herrington

Things are moving quickly throughout the cannabis industry and we need your help in making sure this work continues. Over the course of the next month we need cannabis activists to attend these public meetings to show that there is indeed community support for access to cannabis products and businesses.Below are the locations, dates, and times for public comment where you can let our collective voices be heard! We need you to go and speak during "Non-agenda public comment." This means that cannabis will not actually be on the agenda, but during public comment you can speak about anything! Let them know you support the cannabis industry and access for patients! Please email us if you have any questions!
